While Kim Kardashian may have said, "I do," to Kris Humprhies on August 20th, it is worth noting that the Kardashian Klan has been saying, "I do," to cosmetic surgery procedures for some time now.  Both Kim and Kourtney have confessed to having Botox and Breast Augmentation, respectively.  Manhattan based Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Robert Vitolo, says, " The Kardashians are beautiful women and each has chosen a procedure that enhances their appearance, yet looks natural."

Marie Kolstad, an 83 year old widow from Orange County, California, recently underwent breast augmentation to fulfill a life long dream of having firmer, rounder breasts.  Mrs. Kolstad told The New York Times, "as you age your breasts go in one direction and your brain goes in another!"  She went on to say that although she is a widow, she never gave a thought to meeting someone different.  "It was more about looking in the mirror and liking who I am."  We spoke to board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Robert Vitolo, about seniors and plastic surgery.  " More and more I perform surgical procedures on  patients in their late 60's and 70's," says Dr. Vitolo, " with life expectancy being well into the 80's people want to look and feel their best."
